Although the 3rd and 4th photos are posed, I think their personalities are captured well because of the facial expressions they're making. The 3rd person pictured seems like he would be a funny guy because of the face he's making. The 2nd one is interesting because the background is blurred, which makes the girl stand out more.
My favorite is the 5th one, that you posted a week before. for some reason it seems very welcoming. like this is my house, come on in. also the black and white does give it that old classic photo look which makes it more appealing. Also the 4th one is also great because of the hand gesture, and background- how they work together. great jobbb
