I totally agree with Matt. This photo looks very professional. the light is just on him, so that gives strong contrast between the background and the main object. I like all photos because it has clear focus and nice lighting, but one thing. The photo of a guy with a camera. Main focus is a camera but his clothes is darker, so my first attention was on his clothes. If you can make little difference with photoshop, I think that would be even better.
I think the photo of the girl outside has a strong essence of light. The light from the sky moves your eye to the girl, the main subject of the photo.
